The past is a tool that gives references on which one relies in the present difficulties. Sometimes we run away from them but they always catch up with us. The present must be fully lived to better appreciate the moments of happiness. The future helps everyone as well as the project, but we must not drown because too much to project one can bathe delusion and regret. My advice is to know how to feed on these three times and to advance these experiences and to enrich oneself to evolve and transmit.
